All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to anatomictherapyfoundation@gmail.com from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.
Transfer to other programs conducted by us or to another person is not possible.
Management reserves the right to change the date of the training course, change the guest and change the events of the program.
Management does not take any responsibility if the class is not able to continue due to disconnection of internet connection, telecommunication or some other reasons
Management is not responsible for any consequences or other damages caused by classrun apps.
Violators of training regulations and government order will not be able to continue attending the training course and will not be able to attend the next training class and the fee paid will not be refunded.
If you fail to continue the training in between the training session, the fee will not be refunded and you will not be able to attend the next training session.
It may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date if you are unable to attend the program you are registering for. A 15% re-registration fee is applicable.
You can register for the same class/program within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee.
Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the 6 month period

Before 7 days and within 30 days (before 168 hours and within 720 hours) from the event starting time : 20% dedect from fees |
Before 3 days and within 7 days (before 72 hours and within 168 hours) from the event starting time : 30% dedect from fees |
Before 1 day and within 3 days (before 24 hours and within 72 hours) from the event starting time : 50% dedect from fees |
Within 24 hours before the event starting time : 100% dedect from fees |
Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow upto 4 weeks for refund processing
No refunds will be made for as per wish amount event
Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.
If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.
For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.
Refund is not possible upon technical failure on the participant’s side in terms of internet or electricity or device.
The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.
The refund request will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.
In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.
Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the Transfer request
