what do i need to pack before coming to the event ?

where will i be staying in the ashram ?
Accommodation is provided within the Yoga Center. Shared dormitory style accommodation and bathroom facilities are provided. Men and women will be given separate accommodation.
what kind of food will be provided during the event ?
vegetarian meals will be provided daily, there will be a hot drink or kanji in the night. The ashram kitchen will not be able to assist with any specific dietary needs; therefore, the participants will have to arrange for it themselves if needed.
do we have internet access at the ashram ?
Due to limited bandwidth, Wi-Fi is only available for work related purposes. For those who wish to check email or stay in touch with family, it is possible to obtain data from your service provider.
how can i arrive at the ashram ?
Flight: Nearest airport to the Ashram is Coimbatore International Airport, situated at a 70 Km distance which is approximately a 90min drive. Train: pollachi Junction is the nearest Railway station, situated at 30Km from nistai Center and is a 30 min drive. Buses: Bus starting from pollachi Bus Station can be accessed to arrive at the angalakuruchi bus stop .
